The Fantasticks
The Fantasticks tells an symbolic story, loosely based on the play The Romancers (Les Romanesques) by Edmond Rostand, about two neighboring fathers who put up a wall between their houses to ensure that their children fall in love, because they know children always do what their parents forbid!!
The children fall in love, discover the plot and go separately to experience the world. They return to each other, recognising their true feelings.
Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt’s classic musica score features titles including Much More, I Can See It and the instantly familiar Try To Remember.
The Fantasticks opens at the Duchess Theatre in London on 24th May 2010. For more information, to check availability and to purchase your tickets go to The Fantasticks Theatre Tickets.
