On the A1M after Washington Services fork left onto the A1 then fork left for Gateshead South A167 which takes you to the Tyne Bridge. Take the first exit right after the bridge which is for east and Tynemouth A1058. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Osbourne Road B1600 and continue half mile and turn left into Grosvenor Road,we are 100 yards on the left hand side.From the NorthOn the A1 take the exit for Gosforth and Gosforth Park A1056, turn right at the first roundabout onto the B1318, go through Gosforth, through the built up area until a roundabout, turn left onto the A189. At the traffic lights turn right onto Osbourne Road B1600 continue for half mile finally turning left down Grosvenor Road. The Dene Hotel is 100 yards on the right.
