The Apex is probably the best restaurant in Leicester Square. It combines large well-spaced tables, unusual pictures and the most comfortable chairs. The feel is classical, but contemporary. The service is knowledgeable and friendly, though Ania Kus, the Restaurant manager also runs the Apex very efficiently. Jack Brown the Head Chef provides eclectic British cooking. It is the perfect venue for a pre or post theatre dinner.
